Who we are

This site is operated by Spartan Electrical (a trade name of Johnson Pro Ventures LLC), a licensed, insured, veteran-owned electrical contractor in Pennsylvania. You can reach us any time at duane@thespartanelectrical.com or 661‑772‑7826.

What we collect

Only what you choose to type into our estimate request form:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your service address (so we can plan the job and estimate travel)
• Details about the work you want done — project type, timing, budget range, and your description
• Any photos you choose to upload (always optional)

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this form, and we don't collect payment information here.

How we use it

Your information is used for one purpose: to review your request, prepare a ballpark estimate, and contact you about the work — through whatever contact method you told us you prefer. That's it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising — ever. The only places it goes are the secure tools we use to actually run the business:

• Google (Gmail and Google Drive) — to deliver your request to us and store any photos you sent, so Duane can review them when preparing your estimate.

How we protect it

Your submission is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-restricted accounts that only Spartan Electrical can reach. Photos and details are kept only where they're needed to do your estimate.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to your request and for normal business records (such as tracking jobs and estimates). If you'd like it removed sooner, just ask — see below.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you
• Correct it
• Delete it

Just email duane@thespartanelectrical.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This form is meant for homeowners and property owners requesting electrical work. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the form after a change means you accept the updated policy.
